Any personal and medical information collected physically on the day of the donation is governed strictly by the official protocols of the RNT Medical College Blood Bank and the National Blood Transfusion Council (NBTC) of India. MMRSMS acts as a facilitator and does not retain your medical records.

4. Digital Certificates (WhatsApp)

If you opt to receive a digital donation certificate via WhatsApp, your name and phone number will be used exclusively for the automated delivery of this certificate. Your contact information will not be sold or shared with third-party marketers.
